Ellerod is a small online homeware brand based in the UK — designing and making high-quality, sustainable textiles inspired by the great British countryside.

I started Ellerod because I wanted to create beautiful things that didn't cost the earth — literally. All our textiles are made from 100% cotton, manufactured entirely in England, and packaged as simply as possible to minimise waste.

Every design begins as a hand-drawn illustration, which I then format into the finished patterns you see on the products. I work with some of Britain's finest textile manufacturers — chosen not just for their exceptional craftsmanship, but for their commitment to ethical and sustainable production. Supporting British making matters to me.

The name Ellerod comes from an old Dorset dialect word for Cowslip — a flower that appears throughout the collection, and one of my favourite signs that spring has finally arrived.

 

Each design is hand-drawn by the founder and creative director, Sarah Bronson, before being digitally formatted into final patterns and layouts.
