Sweet Pea Potting

There's something about sweet peas that makes a garden feel properly whimsical — and this design is a little ode to that. Trailing stems of pink and violet sweet peas climb either side against a soft grey scallop stripe, with a monarch butterfly and a couple of busy bumblebees doing the rounds. Down the middle, a hopeful little seedling sits in its terracotta pot, flanked by a well-worn trowel and a trusty pair of secateurs — because no garden gets this pretty without a bit of graft.
